BEWARE OF KENDALL allegedly had an incredibly inappropriate interaction today at TJ Maxx in London Square. "This man was following women and pleasuring himself. He then targeted me and followed me all over the store touching himself. I am so shaken up and disgusted. I called the police and when they arrived the suspect had fled. They stated that due to him not exposing his privates, they could not do much. Understandable but very frustrating. What's worse is that there were children around and he could not care less."
